European Help Desk Representatives Ready to Meet & Assist SGMA Members During Upcoming ISPO Trade Fair

SGMA member's attending ispo, the International Sporting Goods Trade Fair, in Munich February 7-10, 2010 should be aware that Tanya Carter and Dr. Jochen M. Schaefer from SGMA’s European Help Desk (EHD) will both be available in person prior to, during and after ispo

• to provide their personal assistance and support relating to any European topic where you might need any help, information, feedback or follow-up (Tanya Carter with a focus on commercial topics, Jochen M. Schaefer focusing on legal issues);

• to meet face to face with you or any of your colleagues during that time to discuss a possible cooperation.

Dr. Schaefer is in addition hereto prepared to support and guide you in case of any legal issue/conflict which may come up in conjunction with your company’s trade fair participation during your stay in Germany, where a swift reaction within 24 hours or less may well be required to avoid further negative consequences (in particular the payment of significant additional cost).
